How to paste frequently used text faster on Windows
Copy the text once and take it from CopyCalm when you need it. Entries you use on more than one day appear on the Frequent page, which opens with ← or Ctrl+Shift+H. Ranking decays with a 14-day half-life, so text you stop using steps aside without any cleanup.

How Frequent is decided
Each day an entry is used adds to its score. Taking it from CopyCalm counts twice as much as copying it elsewhere, and a single day contributes at most four points. Scores halve every 14 days and only the last 90 days count.
One busy day is not enough: an entry needs use on at least two separate days to become frequent.
A quick routine
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Space, then ← to open Frequent.
- Use ↑ and ↓ to choose. Enter pastes into the window you came from; Ctrl+Enter copies and keeps CopyCalm open.
- Press → or Esc to fold the page away.
- Name an entry, such as "office address", so a search finds it even when the text itself is long.
Frequent is not the same as favourites
Frequent follows your habits and is not kept forever. Favourites stay until you remove them and are protected when storage is cleaned up.
When an entry has been used on three or more days within two weeks, spread over more than 48 hours, CopyCalm suggests making it a favourite once. Dismiss the suggestion and it will not ask again for that content.
Try it on your own PC
CopyCalm needs no account, keeps history on your PC and opens with Ctrl+Alt+Space.
